OUR MISSION
Windy City Women is a philanthropic women's organization dedicated to investing in the careers, education and networking of the elite women in the
HVAC industry.
Our goal is to promote women in all job aspects of the industry and watch them grow in their careers. We are made up of sisterhood, loyalty, friendship, honesty and hope.
We, as a group, will create excitement and destroy boundaries in our industry.
As a group we leverage our time and talents to make a difference in our community by hosting an annual charitable fundraiser.
